Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and, in a few cases, the breakfast. However, the majority of reviews are overwhelmingly negative, citing poor cleanliness, unhelpful or rude service, and frequent issues with room maintenance and amenities. Many guests experienced problems with their reservations, check-in, and room hygiene, with repeated complaints about dirty rooms, old furniture, and lack of towels or toiletries. While a few found the hotel affordable and conveniently located, most do not recommend it due to the persistent service and cleanliness issues.
