Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and good breakfast variety. Many found the rooms spacious and comfortable. However, a major recurring complaint was the extra charge for parking, which several guests felt should be included in the room rate. Some guests also mentioned issues with elevator availability, TV functionality, and pool temperature, but overall, the positive service and cleanliness stood out most.
