Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially for events like Rock in Rio, and found the staff generally friendly and helpful in some cases. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, such as musty smells, damp floors, and poor housekeeping. Service was also criticized, with complaints about unhelpful or unfriendly staff, slow check-in, and problems with room access cards. Several guests felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price, citing high costs for parking, breakfast, and rooms, especially given the maintenance and amenity shortcomings. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements in cleanliness, service, and value are needed.
