Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the hotel's good location and enjoyable breakfast. However, many reviews mention significant cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, old linens, and maintenance problems. While some guests appreciated the atmosphere and amenities, concerns about hygiene and room conditions were frequent. Overall, the positive service and convenient location stand out, but improvements in cleanliness are needed.
