Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests had significant complaints about the hotel's cleanliness, with frequent mentions of roaches, bed bugs, bad smells, and general lack of hygiene. Many also noted that the advertised breakfast was not provided, or was limited to just coffee. Bed comfort was another issue, with several guests finding the beds uncomfortable or unclean. While a few reviews highlighted helpful or kind staff and a decent location, these positives were overshadowed by the negative experiences. Overall, the hotel struggles with basic maintenance and guest satisfaction, particularly regarding cleanliness and amenities.
