Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel for its excellent location, especially for events, proximity to downtown, and convenience for visiting VCU. Cleanliness was frequently highlighted as a positive aspect, with many guests finding rooms and common areas well-maintained. While some guests appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, experiences with service were mixed, with several reports of rude or inattentive staff and slow responses. Bed comfort received neutral feedback, with some guests noting issues. Parking, particularly valet service, was a common source of frustration due to high costs, delays, and confusing payment processes. Overall, guests enjoyed the location and cleanliness but noted areas for improvement in service and parking.
