The hotel is highly praised for its excellent location near Kew Gardens and public transport, making it convenient for sightseeing and local amenities. Many guests appreciated the friendliness of the hosts and the quiet, village-like atmosphere despite being in a busy area. However, several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, room maintenance, and comfort, such as small or poorly maintained rooms, uncomfortable beds, and occasional noise. Overall, the location and service stand out as positives, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and room quality.
