Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near the beach and city center, making it convenient for exploring local attractions. However, many reviews mention issues with service, including unprofessional or unresponsive staff, language barriers, and inconsistent room cleaning. Cleanliness is a recurring concern, with several guests finding rooms or bathrooms not properly cleaned. Breakfast quality and availability also receive criticism, with some guests not receiving breakfast despite paying for it, or finding the selection limited. While a few guests highlight friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere, overall, improvements in service, cleanliness, and breakfast are needed.
