Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it ideal for exploring the old town and nearby attractions. The breakfast consistently received high marks for its quality, variety, and local specialties. Service was highlighted as exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful, with several guests mentioning the owner and staff by name. However, some guests found the rooms and bathrooms to be small or in need of renovation, and a few noted issues with hard beds or difficult stairways.
