Felipe, Sept 2022
We stayed here two nights, on the first one it was horrible, at around 2am we started hearing loud noises, banging on the wall and something that sounded like drilling this went on for about 45 minutes not continuously but about every 10 to 15 minutes finally we called front desk to complain no answer we had to call 4 times then they answered and apparently they had maintenance work on a floor at ...

Pros (+) Space for our fundraiser.
Cons (-) We requested a humidifier, but we couldn't get it to work. The hotel had no staff who could help us make it work.

Paula, Sept 2019
Pros (+) The hotel property is wonderful.
Cons (-) The staff can be irritating. I placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign out. But each day the cleaning staff littered my door with cards stating they couldn’t get in to clean. Needless. AND the staff came to my room to do a room check allegedly to ensure I was ok. The hotel shouldn’t provide the option to elect not to be disturbed as the staff totally miss the point.

Pros (+) Cleanliness of the facility.
Cons (-) The automated parking was in need of repair.

Pros (+) The view is breathtaking. New hotel, very clean, high end fixtures and details in the room. The bed is so comfortable with a variety of pillows (soft, firm, thick, thin) for every type of sleeper. The view of the lake is just spectacular. We were on a high floor so in the morning, the first thing we saw was boats on the water. Just lovely.
Cons (-) Parking lot is not complete yet so there is limited parking and it is a long walk from self parking into the hotel. There is no attendant, so the hotel staff give you a tag to hang on your mirror to ensure that your car is not towed. It is way to far of a walk to expect older people to do that, let alone travelers with a bunch of luggage.

Christian, Sept 2017
Pros (+) Room and bathroom weren't bad..However, I've stayed at cheaper but better rooms.
Cons (-) I booked a deluxe king with view room... the only view I had was of the building directly across from me. The front desk claimed that they had over sold the "full view" rooms. I still ended up paying the same price for the room that had a "building view". It was quite disappointing.
