Summary of reviews

Guests say
Many guests found the location very remote and the access road difficult and unsafe, requiring skilled driving. Cleanliness was an issue for some, particularly in bathrooms and common areas. However, the amenities, especially the private hot springs, multiple types of baths, and cooking facilities, were highly praised. Service was generally friendly and attentive, with staff and owners receiving positive mentions. The tranquil, quiet atmosphere and the presence of friendly cats also contributed to a relaxing and unique experience for many guests.
