Guests consistently praised the hotel's breakfast offerings, describing them as varied, well-stocked, and enjoyable. The location was highlighted as convenient for events, food, and shopping, and the pool and hot tub were appreciated by families and leisure travelers. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, bathrooms, and public areas. Service experiences were mixed, with some staff members described as helpful and others as unfriendly or unresponsive. Overall, the positives centered on breakfast, location, and pool amenities, while cleanliness and some aspects of service detracted from the experience.

Pros (+) Was closer to where I needed to be
Cons (-) Put better curtains to make the room darker. There was a bright light right in front of my window that kept me up all night because the curtains weren’t thick enough to block out light. Bath tub was stained.
