Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and the friendliness of the staff. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with many reviews mentioning dirty rooms, stained linens, and general lack of upkeep. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests finding it acceptable and others unimpressed. The pool and some amenities, such as the spa and ice machines, were frequently reported as unavailable or poorly maintained. Overall, while the service and location were highlights, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and facilities.

Dan, Dec 2017
Pros (+) The staff was friendly at check in, the rooms were clean, and the location felt safe. Overall it was what we needed after a long day of driving.
Cons (-) Breakfast wasn’t served until 0700 on out checkout morning, which would have put us over an hour behind in our travel plans had we waited. A small refrigerator in the room would have also been nice, but definitely wasn’t necessary.
