Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near major attractions and transport, with several reviews noting spacious rooms and friendly, helpful staff. However, many guests expressed dissatisfaction with cleanliness, maintenance, and basic amenities, mentioning issues like dirty rooms, poor bathroom conditions, and lack of hot water. Service was mixed, with some guests praising staff cooperation while others found them unresponsive or unprofessional. Breakfast and food quality received neutral feedback, with some positive mentions but also complaints about variety and hygiene. While the hotel offers good value and accessibility for some, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and facility upkeep.
