Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests found the hotel's location convenient and some staff helpful, but many reviews mention poor service, cleanliness issues, and a lack of value for the price. Problems with amenities, maintenance, and staff responsiveness were common, and several guests felt the hotel did not meet expectations or match its advertised features. While a few guests appreciated the helpfulness of certain staff members and the proximity to local attractions, the overall experience was often disappointing due to service and facility shortcomings.
