Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's staff for being helpful and polite, and many found the location convenient and close to amenities. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with numerous reviews mentioning dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, stained linens, and pest issues. Some guests also reported uncomfortable beds and felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price. While a few reviews noted positive experiences with room setup and quietness, the overall impression was mixed due to significant cleanliness and maintenance problems.

Wonderful

Pros (+) I like the cleanliness and the home like feel of the room for a very affordable rate. Checking in was a breeze and so was checking out and the staff was very friendly
Cons (-) I'm not sure how maid service is supposed to work, but I left my room for the day and expected my room to be clean when I got back and it wasn't. Also the parking lot was full of trash from the night before when I left that afternoon

Pros (+) The hotel was easy for us to find and convient for all our needs. The staff was quick to answer any requests from us.
Cons (-) We requested a room with double beds, but were assigned a room with only a single bed. When we pointed this out, we were told that because we booked through booking.com, that was a "preferred" not an assigned room. In addition we were told a full breakfast was included, but it turned out to be a "coffee" bar--in other words coffee and breakfast bars, maybe muffins. Not at all what we were told.
