Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and high-quality pools and facilities, making it especially attractive for families. The food, including breakfast and buffet options, is frequently highlighted as delicious and varied. However, some guests note issues with cleanliness in certain areas, and there are recurring complaints about the all-inclusive concept not covering enough, especially at bars and for cocktails. Despite some negative experiences, particularly regarding service and room conditions in a few cases, the overall impression is positive, especially for families with children.
