Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews are mixed, with several praising the hotel’s breakfast variety and taste, the peaceful garden location, and the attentive, friendly service provided by the staff. Many guests enjoyed the comfortable rooms and relaxing atmosphere. However, there are recurring complaints about cleanliness issues, such as dirty towels and bathrooms, as well as negative experiences with service, including slow responses to requests and lack of professionalism at the reception. Some guests also noted maintenance issues with the pool and facilities. Overall, while the hotel’s breakfast, location, and some aspects of service are highly regarded, improvements in cleanliness and service consistency are needed.
