Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests praise the hotel's strategic location, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and nearby facilities. Some guests appreciate the self-check-in process and helpful staff, but others find the service inconsistent, especially regarding check-in, check-out, and deposit refunds. Room size is often mentioned as small or cramped, and several reviews highlight issues with cleanliness and bathroom maintenance. Parking is a common complaint due to high fees and lack of free options. Overall, the hotel is considered suitable for short stays or transit, especially for those prioritizing location.
