Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, often mentioning its proximity to the beach and city attractions. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms and bathrooms, as well as the presence of cockroaches. Service was also a common concern, with reports of uncooperative staff, lack of housekeeping, and booking discrepancies. While some guests appreciated the amenities and found the property beautiful, others felt the value for price was lacking due to poor maintenance and service. Overall, the location and some amenities stood out as positives, but cleanliness and service need improvement.
