Guests consistently praise the hotel's service, highlighting the staff's hospitality and helpfulness, with several specific mentions of outstanding team members. Cleanliness and breakfast variety are also appreciated by many guests. However, the location receives frequent criticism for being far from the main attractions and difficult to access, with some guests disappointed by the lack of a private beach and ongoing construction affecting approach roads.
