Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the spacious pools, beautiful hotel surroundings, and some friendly staff members. However, many reviews highlighted poor service, inconsistent cleanliness, repetitive or low-quality food, and issues with air conditioning. Entertainment and activities were often described as lacking, and some guests experienced problems with room maintenance. Overall, while the hotel offers attractive amenities and a pleasant environment, improvements are needed in service, food variety, and cleanliness.
