Summary of reviews

Guests say
Many guests expressed disappointment with the hotel's service, citing rude or inattentive staff, issues with restaurant reservations, and lack of clear information. Cleanliness was a recurring concern, with reports of dirty rooms, worn bedding, and pest sightings. The dining experience was often criticized for lack of variety, repetitive menus, and difficulties accessing specialty restaurants. While some positive comments were made about location, entertainment, and certain staff members, the overall sentiment was negative due to these persistent issues.
