Guests praised the hotel staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, and many enjoyed the pool and spacious rooms. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several reviews mentioning poor cleaning standards in rooms and common areas. Overall, while the service and pool were highlights, improvements in cleanliness and food variety are needed.
