Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the spacious and clean rooms, as well as the quality breakfast and convenient location. However, many reviews highlighted issues with service, mentioning slow or unfriendly staff and problems with responsiveness. While some guests praised the friendliness of certain staff members, overall service was inconsistent. The hotel's cleanliness and room size were frequently noted as positives, and the breakfast received good feedback. The location was considered convenient by several guests, though some mentioned issues with the beach and sargassum. Overall, the hotel offers comfortable accommodations but could improve its service quality.

Very good
AJI, Jul 2022
Overall we loved our stay. A few things that could be improved is the options for restaurants during the day. There was only one restaurant open during the day (but the food choices were decent so not really complaining). Staff was great. Resort is fairly small compared to others that we stayed over the years BUT we actually liked the cozy feeling. It wasn’t busy which was good. Rooms were spaciou...

Pros (+) The food was excellent. Buffet was delicious and they daily made changes to the menu to keep it from getting boring. The restaurants were also delicious. Drinks were top shelf and excellent. The service was glorious. Mexico and sensatori really knows how to make you feel truly welcomed.
Cons (-) The room service food was awful and they took 3 days to pick up our room service dishes from the floor in front of our room. The room had no working safe or lock.

Pros (+) The resort and grounds are beautiful and immaculate. The amount of work it must take to keep the sand raked, the pools clean, every cabana and chair covered in a fresh towel cushion all day and night... very impressive. The food was also good. Much better than the last all-inclusive we tried. Lots of vegetarian stuff. Very fresh. Flavorful. Of course the pizza stunk but pizza isn’t the point of Mé...
Cons (-) Service was terrible. There was a frustrating error at least 1-2 times a day during our stay and while everyone is human and mistakes happen, no one took responsibility for those errors. Day 1: During the long sales pitch (I mean “check-in”) we were offered an upgrade to a swim-out room. We’d wanted that anyway but they’d been full so we were happy to pay for the upgrade. A 10 min walk and two ele...
