Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the lodge's unique location in the jungle, describing it as beautiful, immersive, and close to nature reserves. Many found the staff and guides to be friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, with several individuals mentioned by name for their outstanding service. However, there are frequent complaints about the value for money, with many guests feeling that tours and activities are overpriced and not always clearly explained. Cleanliness and amenities receive mixed feedback, with some guests appreciating the daily cleaning and pool, while others note issues with bathrooms, lack of soundproofing, and outdated facilities. Despite some organizational and management concerns, the overall experience is enhanced by the natural setting and helpful staff.
