The service, especially from staff like Cattya/Katia, is described as exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful, with many guests highlighting the personalized attention and assistance with tours and activities. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, with well-maintained grounds and inviting common areas. Breakfast and meals are generally well received, and cleanliness is noted in several reviews.
