Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location and the spacious, charming rooms with unique decor that evoke a sense of history. However, several reviews expressed dissatisfaction with aspects of service, especially regarding reservation handling and staff attitude. Cleanliness was also a concern for some, with mentions of dirty rooms and lack of proper cleaning. While guests appreciated the room size and atmosphere, comfort issues with beds and pillows were noted. Overall, the location and ambiance stood out as highlights, but improvements are needed in service and cleanliness.
