Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and the spaciousness of the rooms. However, many expressed dissatisfaction with the service, particularly at the front desk and in the restaurant, citing unhelpful or unfriendly staff. The breakfast offering was frequently criticized for its limitations, lack of clarity, and exclusion of children. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests noting issues in certain areas. Overall, while the location and room size were highlights, improvements in service and breakfast are needed.
