Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's central location and found it convenient for their needs. However, there were consistent complaints about poor cleanliness, uncomfortable and old beds, and issues with service such as reservation problems and unresponsive staff. Some guests also mentioned noise disturbances and inadequate amenities, which detracted from their overall experience. Only a few reviews highlighted positive aspects like friendly staff or a family-friendly atmosphere.
