Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, which makes it easy to access major attractions and shopping areas. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, poor service, and a lack of basic amenities such as working air conditioning, WiFi, and in-house dining options. Several guests also mention problems with staff behavior and limited parking. While a few found the rooms comfortable and the staff helpful, the overall experience is marred by maintenance and service shortcomings.
