Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and the friendliness of the staff, with several reviewers highlighting positive experiences with specific employees. However, many guests expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms, citing dirty linens, unclean bathrooms, and leftover trash. The complimentary breakfast was frequently criticized for its limited options and lack of variety, though a few found it satisfactory. Overall, while the service and location stood out as positives, improvements in cleanliness and breakfast offerings are needed.
