Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's breakfast offerings and convenient location, especially for work trips and events. However, many reviews cited issues with cleanliness, including reports of bed bugs, odors, and lack of regular housekeeping. Service was also criticized, with complaints about staff attitude and inflexible check-in policies. Bed comfort was a recurring problem, with several guests noting old or sagging mattresses. While some mentioned positive aspects like renovations and quiet areas, overall, the negatives outweighed the positives for many guests.
