Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near Prayagraj Railway Station, making it convenient for travelers. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, including rude or unhelpful staff, slow response times, and poor management. Cleanliness was another common concern, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, unpleasant smells, and poorly maintained facilities. While a few guests found the beds comfortable and appreciated the welcoming atmosphere created by some staff members, the overall experience was mixed, with positives mainly centered on location and occasional good hospitality.
