The staff are frequently described as helpful, courteous, and accommodating, with several guests highlighting positive experiences with service and support during their stay. However, cleanliness is a major concern for many, with repeated mentions of dirty linens, unclean rooms, and maintenance issues. Overall, while the location and service stand out as positives, cleanliness and value are significant areas for improvement.
