Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to public transportation, shopping centers, and city attractions. Many found the value for price to be good, especially considering the comfort and size of some rooms. However, several guests reported negative experiences with service, particularly regarding the check-in process, which often required walking to another hotel. Cleanliness was also a concern for many, with reports of dirty towels, unclean rooms, and maintenance issues. Overall, while the location and value were highlights, service and cleanliness need improvement.
