Overall, guests were highly impressed with the hotel's outstanding service, often mentioning staff members by name for their friendliness and helpfulness. The location was repeatedly praised for its convenience and proximity to key attractions. Cleanliness was another strong point, with many guests describing the hotel and rooms as spotless and well-maintained. While breakfast received mixed feedback—some found it excellent, others noted room for improvement—most guests appreciated the comfortable and well-sized rooms. A few reviews mentioned minor issues such as noise or bathroom design, but these did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience.
