Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's central location, making it easy to access tourist sites and city attractions on foot. The breakfast is frequently described as varied and satisfying, with options to suit different tastes. However, several guests mention issues with service, particularly at reception, citing unhelpful or unfriendly staff. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some rooms and bathrooms described as dirty while others are noted as clean. Noise from the street and thin walls is a recurring complaint, especially for rooms facing busy roads or lacking air conditioning.
