Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it easy to access major attractions and public transport. The breakfast is frequently described as delicious, varied, and plentiful. Staff are noted for their friendliness and helpfulness, with several reviews mentioning positive experiences at check-in and throughout the stay. However, some guests express disappointment with cleanliness, particularly regarding carpets and daily housekeeping, and a few mention that the hotel feels more like a 3-star property in terms of amenities and value for price. Parking is available but not always included in the rate, and some guests found it inconvenient or expensive. Overall, the hotel is seen as a good base for exploring the city, with standout positives in location, breakfast, and service.
