Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for access to the ferry terminal and local attractions. Cleanliness was generally regarded as good, with several reviews noting clean rooms and comfortable beds. However, breakfast was a common point of disappointment, with many guests feeling it was either not as advertised, too basic, or not included despite expectations. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests describing staff as friendly and helpful, while others experienced rudeness or unhelpful attitudes. Bed comfort and room facilities were also mixed, with some finding beds comfortable and others reporting sagging mattresses and noisy appliances.
