Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the area and accessing public transport. The breakfast received high marks for quality, variety, and use of local products. Many reviewers highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, contributing to a pleasant stay. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, with several guests noting well-maintained rooms and common areas. Some guests also mentioned spacious and comfortable rooms. However, a few reviews pointed out areas for improvement, such as outdated room decor, lack of air conditioning, and occasional lapses in cleanliness or service. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, making the hotel a popular choice.
