Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the friendly and helpful staff as well as the hotel's convenient location, making it easy to access central Porto and public transport. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, particularly in the bathrooms, with several reviews mentioning mold, poor maintenance, and outdated facilities. Some guests found the breakfast adequate but lacking in variety, and a few noted issues with air conditioning, noise, and the absence of an elevator. Overall, while the service and location were highlights, cleanliness and bathroom conditions were consistent concerns.
