Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, finding it convenient for exploring the area. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms, bathrooms, and linens. Service was also a major concern, with frequent mentions of unresponsive or absent staff, problematic check-in experiences, and lack of support. Several guests complained about uncomfortable beds and poorly maintained bathrooms. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, the hotel's cleanliness, service, and comfort need substantial improvement.
