Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially for those needing access to the city center, and the breakfast, which is often described as satisfying and better than expected for the price. However, there are repeated complaints about the quality of service, with several guests reporting inattentive or unhelpful staff and issues with reservation handling. Cleanliness is another area of concern, with some guests noting problems with room and bathroom hygiene. Bed comfort receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding the beds comfortable and others mentioning issues with mattress quality or room size. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its value and convenience, but improvements in service and cleanliness are needed.
