Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent service, with staff described as attentive, warm, and helpful. The location is appreciated for its convenience and proximity to attractions, though a few mention it is slightly outside the main tourist areas. Love the location, decor, bar! Only odd thing is there is only 1 elevator - which is also used by cleaning crews…it was usually pretty chaotic trying to get up to or back down from the room. Certainly not a deal breaker but an obvious overlook from the architect-designer.
