Many guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, citing mold, odors, and general lack of upkeep. Breakfast options were frequently described as poor or insufficient. However, the staff often received praise for being friendly and helpful, and several guests mentioned comfortable beds and a pleasant pool area.
