Guests consistently praised the hotel for its convenient location near the airport and the friendliness of the staff. The shuttle service was frequently mentioned as a positive, and some guests enjoyed the breakfast and found the rooms comfortable and quiet. However, there were repeated complaints about parking difficulties, cleanliness issues in some rooms and bathrooms, and occasional problems with amenities such as curtains and the shuttle wait times.
