Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location, with many finding it convenient for shopping, attractions, and access to main roads. Cleanliness received positive remarks, especially for rooms and facilities, though a few noted issues with bathroom mold. Breakfast was mentioned frequently, with mixed feedback: some enjoyed it, while others found it lacking or poorly managed. Service experiences varied, with several guests complimenting friendly and helpful staff, but a notable number reported rude or unprofessional behavior at the front desk and during breakfast. Bed comfort was generally viewed positively, though a few found beds too hard. Overall, guests found value in the location, cleanliness, and breakfast, but service inconsistency and occasional maintenance issues were drawbacks.
