Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing poor cleanliness throughout the hotel, including dirty rooms, stained linens, and unpleasant odors. Breakfast was frequently described as subpar, with limited variety and low quality. Service also received negative feedback, with reports of unhelpful or rude staff, reservation issues, and poor communication. While a few reviews mentioned convenient location and occasional positive staff interactions, these were overshadowed by the numerous complaints about cleanliness, breakfast, and service.
