Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are predominantly negative, with frequent complaints about poor service, unhelpful or rude staff, slow response times, and organizational issues. Cleanliness is another major concern, as several guests mention dirty rooms, bathrooms, and public areas. The restaurant receives criticism for lack of variety, cold or poor-quality food, and chaotic dining experiences. However, some positive feedback highlights the hotel's good location, direct access to the beach, and enjoyable pool areas. A few guests also appreciated the efforts of certain staff members and the overall potential of the hotel, but overall, the negatives outweigh the positives in these reviews.
